Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange because of these reasons, for the same item, send us an email at sandy@nativbasics.com

We do NOT exchange or refund underwear due to hygienic reasons it is against the law to exchange or refund underwear, except in the case of a faulty garment, in which case we will organise a replacement sent to you free of charge.
